Free Event: Have your grandkids or children ever asked what life was like in the 1900's? Have they used a rotary phone\, typed on a typewriter\, or watched a movie on a VHS player? Join us for an Intergenerational Gathering\, where grandparents\, parents\, children\, and grandchildren can explore the past together. Using items from our archives\, families will share stories\, try hands-on activities\, play games\, and discover how everyday life has changed over time. Participants will create a small memory journal to exchange and continue filling with stories and drawings at home. Enjoy a tour of our archives\, test your knowledge of historical objects\, and explore our 1817 historic home. This fun-filled afternoon will spark curiosity\, laughter\, conversation\, and lasting family memories.
