DESCRIPTION:HR Basics: What you need to know to perform\n\nthe HR function in your business\n\n \n\nThis educational series is designed for the staff person who is responsible for the HR function in your business but isn't an HR professional. This staff person may have been assigned the HR function in addition to other duties because you're too small to employ a dedicated HR professional. It might even be you\, small business owner who wears many hats. It's this scenario that is most vulnerable because if HR is just one cap you wear\, you don't have the time or resources to master the Jack of all trades.
