Are you passionate about working with the public?  Do you have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service?  If so, the Delaware County District Library might be the perfect place for you!
 
The Library has part-time openings for an Adult Services Specialist at our Delaware Branch and a Youth Services Specialist at our Liberty Branch.
  • The Adult Services Specialist's duties include, but are not limited to: providing customer service to patrons in-person, by computer, phone, curbside, and drive-through.  Providing readers' advisory.  Assists patrons with Library reference resources, services, equipment, and technical help.  Plans and presents programming for adults.
  • The Youth Services Specialist's duties include, but are not limited to: providing customer service to patrons in-person, by computer, phone, curbside, and drive-through.  Providing readers' advisory.  Assists patrons with Library reference resources, services, equipment, and technical help.  Plans and presents programming for children & teens.
The pay rate for these positions is $22.20 per hour.  The work schedules include mornings, days, evenings, and a weekend rotation.  These positions are open until filled.
