The Delaware Area Chamber of Commerce About the Program · Specific outcomes: Participants get to work on their business instead of in their business during each session. Upon completion of the activities in each workshop, participants will complete a 90-day strategic planner to help maintain priorities to implement the strategies identified during the session. · Review: Each session begins with a review of progress and activities in goals, relationships, self-awareness, and strategic focus/priority management. Success 2.0 participants will also review the 90-day strategic planner to make sure priorities and activities are driving to achieve goals. · Small groups: The groups will be small to ensure participation and relationship-building. The sessions are closed-door, building trust and confidentiality which furthers the experience. The Chamber will form as many groups necessary to meet demand and keep its promise of an intimate experience to get maximum value of the program. Click here for the syllabus
