Looking for support for a rapidly growing insurance agency. We are an independent insurance agency located in the historic district of Delaware Ohio. Our agency represents several top shelf insurance companies and we are in need of additional support to help us grow.

The ideal candidate will be self motivated and have the ability to work independently. We are open to mentor and develop someone who is wanting to explore insurance as a career, however we are especially interested in someone with a strong background and an existing license.

The ideal candidate will also have strong computer skills and should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. We recently changed to EZLynx for our agency management system, so if you have experience with this application that would be very desirable.

Candidates that are new to the industry will be required to obtain an insurance license for Property and Casualty in the state of Ohio. We reimburse licensing costs when you pass your test. We reimburse the license filing as well and will cover the costs for one testing.

Our agency is predominately personal lines, however we are shifting to a commercial insurance focus in 2026.
