the HR function in your business
 
This educational series is designed for the staff person who is responsible for the HR function in your business but isn't an HR professional. This staff person may have been assigned the HR function in addition to other duties because you're too small to employ a dedicated HR professional. It might even be you, small business owner who wears many hats. It's this scenario that is most vulnerable because if HR is just one cap you wear, you don't have the time or resources to master the Jack of all trades.  You can't afford NOT to take the time, when it comes to HR, there are too many pitfalls.

This program is available for $250 per Chamber-member participant. ($325 for non-members) The program will run from 9:00-11:00am for six consecutive Monday mornings beginning September 16 at the Chamber office: 2 Troy Road, Delaware. Attendees must prepay to be eligible to participate. The program is facilitated by Natalie Plate, Let's Lead HR Consulting
