Course Objective
Equip participants with the skills and tools needed to strategically design, deliver, and evaluate both technical and conceptual training programs that engage adult learners and drive knowledge retention. Participants will design and deliver a short training session applying the principles learned. Peer and facilitator feedback will be provided. This program offers a well-rounded exercise in how HR function can prevent expensive issues. The program includes:
- Moving from Trainer to Talent Builder
· Presenting with impact
· Responding to the unexpected
· Verbal and non-verbal communication
· Defining learning objectives
· Structuring sessions
· Time management
· Interactive training sessions
· Defining Learning Objectives
· Facilitation techniques: discussions, activities, Q&A
· Handouts, job aids, videos, and supplemental materials
· Icebreakers, storytelling, and interactive activities
· Keeping momentum and energy high
· Giving and soliciting feedback
· Self-assessment and continuous improvement

This program is available for $250 per Chamber-member participant. ($325 for non-members) The program will run from 9:00-11:00am for six consecutive Wednesday mornings beginning September 24 at the Chamber office: 2 Troy Road, Delaware. Attendees must prepay to be eligible to participate.
