With the generous support of in-kind donors, sponsors and community members,  Laugh & Luck 2024 made a net profit of more than $20,000 to help fund the addition and expansion of our programs and services for people with disabilities.

Feb 2024 Event Funds Helped Support Equine Therapy

A new pilot program started on April 1, 2024 through a partnership with Stockhands Horses for Healing. Each week, a small group of Alpha members visit Stockhands and complete tasks to develop skills such as attention to detail, being thorough, and becoming self-starters. Once the pilot program is completed, The Alpha Group will seek to secure grants for our members so they can continue this partnership at Stockhands.

Future Plans

Funds from our next Laugh & Luck Reverse Raffle will continue support for inclusive art and ceramic classes and equine therapy. As well as, support work training opportunities through hands-on training and AI equipment and software.

• The Alpha Group provides services to more than 700 members.
• 83 cents of every dollar goes directly back to programming.
• In 2023, our transportation department made 20,300 one-way transports! Taking our members to medical appointments, their jobs, etc.
