MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
DELAWARE NORTHWEST NEW COMMUNITY AUTHORITY
 
             Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Delaware Northwest New Community Authority (the “Authority”) will be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, commencing at 2:00 p.m., Eastern Daylight Time, at Delaware City Hall, 1 South Sandusky Street, Delaware, Ohio 43015.
 
             The purposes of the meeting are to:
 
  1. Consider a resolution approving the Community Development Charge and Budget for the Authority for 2026
  2. Consider a resolution approving a cooperative agreement with the City of Delaware for railroad bridge funding and maintenance. 
  3. Consider any other business as may properly come before the Board.
             This meeting is open to the public.
