We are seeking skilled and dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join our team in Delaware, OH (43015). In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by performing routine maintenance and repairs. Responsibilities:

Perform regular maintenance on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions

Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential problems

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and improve facility operations

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree is a plus

Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
